  • Permanent jewelry is a custom-made piece of jewelry that does not have a traditional clasp. The piece is welded together for a seamless, clasp-less classy look. The intention of permanent jewelry is to be worn as an everyday piece of jewelry that expresses your style.

  • NO! Permanent Jewelry does not cause any harm and should never be painful!

  • Permanent jewelry welders use mini welding machines. With a tiny spark, we are able to weld your jewelry. A painless and very quick process.

  • Good question! Although we say “permanent” we don’t mean invincible. Remember we are dealing with dainty chains. Your lifestyle, daily activities, and jewelry care will depend on how long your jewelry lasts.

    Lastly, if you even need to remove your jewelry, remember to cut at the welded spot. We will re-weld your piece for a fee of 25$.

  • You can book a private party, meet us at a pop up or schedule a one-on-one appointment!

  • Please consult your physician on whether you need to remove your jewelry. Your physician should have final say. We advise that you cut your jewelry off at the weld. When you are done with your medical procedure bring your piece back and we will reweld it for you at no cost.

  • Yes, carefully use a cutting tool, small scissors or a nail clipper to cut at the welded spot, save your chain. Once you are ready for it to be rewelded give us a call!

  • We ensure the welded jewelry is secure before you exit your appointment. However, just because Stella Noor pieces are designed to last, it does not mean they're unbreakable. If you need to remove your permanent jewelry or it comes off for any reason, you're welcome to bring it in to be re-welded for a small fee.

    If your chain happens to break at the point of weld within the first 30 days of purchase, we will reweld it for free. If your chain happens to break and the chain is damaged or lost after the 30 days, Stella Noor will not be responsible for replacement.
