Our linker employs an inspection process to ensure your jewelry is properly welded before you exit your appointment. Stella Noor pieces are designed to last, it does not mean they’re unbreakable. If you need to remove your permanent jewelry or it comes off for any reason, you’re welcome to bring it in to be rewelded for a small fee. If your chains happens to break at the point of weld within 30 days of purchase, we will reweld it for free.
We cannot offer replacements or refunds to replace lost chains after 30 days.
With parental consent and accompaniment, we will weld anyone under the age of 14. Anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. All young people are responsible for the jewelry once it's on their body, please see above terms for lost jewelry.
